VR Aarhus is a one man project created by Hans Nyberg.
I am a commercial photographer with 35 years experience. I was photographer for 10 years at one of the largest advertising agencies in Denmark before I started my own Studio in 1978. Visit my WEB site to see some of my other images and panoramas.
When I in 1994 started working with digitally manipulated images it was as one of the first photographers in Danmark.
I was on the Internet from 1995 and became very fascinated by the possibilities in QuickTime VR.
The first version of VR Aarhus was online in 1999 as an experimental page used to develope my skills in QuickTime VR.
I have choosed QuickTime to show my panoramas because the technical quality is superior. As a commercial photographer I can not accept to use a lower quality like JAVA Panoramas. QuickTime gives you access not only to my panoramas but to thousands of fantastic views all around the world.
My QTVR links page is one of the largest on the net. My last estimation in July 2001 was links to pages with 12.000 panoramas. Many has been added after that.
